As this is a one-woman owned shop, please allow up to 2 weeks for a order fulfillment notification. I ship up to 70 items after my launches and will fulfill your order within this time frame.

Due to time and handmade nature of my items, all sales are final after purchase. As I am unable to follow case-by-case purchases through extended periods it is the duty of the buyer to contact the postal carrier to submit a claim in the event an item is lost, stolen, or damaged in shipping after it has left my studio- however I am always available for assistance to help where I can!

Qualified domestic orders listed for $100 and above are shipped with Shipsurance tracking insurance, and may qualify for a full refund if lost or damaged in shipment. Please notify me if your item is in need of repair, or attention. It is the responsibility of the buyer to pay for return shipment- item must be packaged carefully and delivered back to me in the same condition buyer received it.
